| This breakout session will provide delegates with the opportunity to hear about Procurement Scotland’s systems review project and the learning outcomes this has generated. Procurement Scotland used the ‘systems thinking ’methodology to test customer satisfaction with the IT hardware and office supplies processes. The results gave a statistical confidence level of 95% and are helping Procurement Scotland to improve its performance, systems and procedures. | |
